It's okay, but it's pretty much every single American dub ever. Every single actor thinks they have to grunt and yell every 1.3 seconds.

What a wack comment about English dubs. You make it sound like anime moments like Goku yelling while becoming super saiyan are engineered specifically in English translations. The English localizations are still very much following what was dubbed in the original language. We are not in the early years of localizing anime for the West anymore.

The dub for this show is great, the Japanese one is too. Don't listen to this hipster.
