Or they could you know make a new album and release that instead. This band is worse than Skyrim at taking people's money for the same content over and over and over again.

I'm wondering if this is going to be the standard vinyl, or if it's actually a mistake and the CD is going to ship. I've already ordered the Red vinyl from their store, but got this one for actual use. If the CD shows up, it's going back.

There was a recent mention that they might be working on one. But it's the 20th anniversary of course they are releasing an anniversary edition. Not sure why people get so bent out of shape about bands making money with art that we enjoy. There is obvious demand might as well meet it.

This will make my daughter's day a month or so from now. Although, I think we can all agree Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge was the better album.

As for MCR not releasing new ish:
1. After spending 20 years as millionaires, they're unlikely to relate to modern youth. The angst of a limo driver being late doesn't resonate with younger audiences.
2. If you could milk something for decades, you know damn well you would. Real question is where is the new music from upcoming bands?

If the beatles were still together today their music would probably be terrible.

Sometimes it's okay for a gang to just run it's course, make some good content, and disappear. So many "watch yourself become the villains" in music.

The track listing is for the double vinyl, but it says 1 disc, and the price is like the CD price. I pre-ordered but have no idea what's going to actually show up.

WARNING! The Amazon listing was indeed for "vinyl" when this was posted, but they changed it to CD earlier today. As you can see in the comments, we all kinda knew it was too good to be true. I cancelled my preorder.
