All these cheaper manufactured overseas products are pretty much the same device with different outside branding/design. So just go for what is cheapest.

I bought a similar brand for shaving head hair completely, and unfortunately it didn't work!

These are not designed for thick or even normal head hair, and those plastic combs are not only low quality and break easily, but they also cause problems during the shaving process. If it had been suitable for head hair, it would have been a good travel trimmer, but ultimately it's only useful for body and facial hair, and that too only if it works properly.
