VIP Outlet handles Open Box orders for Walmart under their own name. I've gotten packages where is shows sold/shipped by Walmart but shows VIP Outlet as the sender once I got it.

Those orders are explicitly mentioned on Walmart as sold and shipped by vip outlet, I reckon. If they're also being sold under Walmart's label then why do they have a separate store on it.
