I have this knife or an earlier version. It's a decent "I don't care if I break it or lose it" knife. I've abused the heck out of mine and it hasn't been destroyed yet, but I don't need it to be able to do high precision ultra-sharp knife stuff. The serrated portion is useful if you have to cut basic ropes (not the super high tensile strength stuff).

These knives are usually are a little tight when you first get them. A little oil and a torx screwdriver are often necessary to adjust the "flipability" to your liking.
