$17.50 a month is a really good price. The Fortnite Crew sub and extra Microsoft Rewards points for gift cards is worth $10-15 for me so until they mess it up by doing something drastic again, it's the best deal in gaming.

For those with expired subs, I think it's possible to get this for under $15 a month by converting EA Play or some other cheap subscription, but this is the easiest method.

Help me out. I'm not seeing this as a better price than Loaded $49.99 / 3 month ultimate deals that are (almost always) available? Just trying to find out what I am overlooking, if anything.

How is this a deal? I guess if you have an active sub this is the best you can do.

If you let it expire you can do much better than $17.67 a month.

Buy 3 12 month essential cards from Eneba for about $190.
Then buy a month of ultimate for ~$22

Converts to 16.2 months at $13.09 a month.

Microsoft is limiting cloud gaming to 15 hours per month for ultimate starting in November I think. I've been snagging deals on this when they come up to keep my subscription topped off at around three years. I'm done giving them money.

You can go on ebay and get 1 month ultimate memberships for $11 to $12 a month. The seller just email you an MS code that you redeem on their website. That's what I've been doing.
