Lots of great content for $6
Community Reviews
Immortals Fenyx Rising Gold Edition is a fun open world action game that leans hard into puzzles, combat, and lots of content, especially at this price. The shrine style challenges are described as more thoughtful and often tougher than Breath of the Wild, and the Gold Edition adds a strong reason to revisit it for the DLC and extras. The main drawback is the story presentation, with the script and voice acting called annoying, though the gameplay and visuals still land well. A solid pick if you want a big Ubisoft style adventure with plenty to do.
Common Questions (5)
Yes. It has lots of well-thought-out shrine-like puzzles that can be more challenging and require more thought than Breath of the Wild's, and some later sections can be tough without a guide. The Gold Edition also includes the DLC, adding more content for the price.
It is a Ubisoft-style open world with lots of collectibles and points of interest on the map, often compared to "baby's first AC." Combat is a highlight, and the game is large enough that some players 100%'d it along with the DLC.
Yes. At around $6 it is described as a no-brainer because it offers a fun experience, lots of content, and the Gold Edition bundles the DLC and extras in one package. Several players said they would happily rebuy it at that price.
The story is decent, but the script and voice acting can be irritating, with Zeus especially coming off as a goofy, annoying presence for some players. The gameplay, combat, and open-world exploration still make it fun enough that several players pushed through or skipped the dialogue.
Yes, it can be completed without a guide, including the DLC, but some puzzles and later sections are challenging enough that they may take extra thought. The game rewards persistence and can grow on you once you settle into it.
