I don't have this but I just purchased it. I missed it at the $150 price point. I have the m2 plus and really enjoy it so far compared to an irobot j5 that was useless. The auto empty is super loud and scares the wife and cats but seems to work well. Mostly vinyl flooring and rugs.

Lefants app isn't perfect and could be better...

They do seem to have model overload on Amazon. Lots of slight variations etc.

Time will tell

I snagged it at $150 last deal, been very happy with it overall. Cleans infinitely better than drag mop but can still get a little dry towards the end. I would still consider at $200 if I didn't already have

As mentioned by others the app could use a little refinement for a better user experience (for example I can name rooms for this model but can't fit a lesser model even though the interface is the same) but it's functional and pretty good overall. I've had no issues with mine getting lost or stuck. I'm using mine on tile only

Yours probably need a map relearn, or when new it was the first process that needed to be done before sending it to vacuum. Mine hasn't had any issues at all, works as intended. Only thing is I wished it detect carpets better sometimes it detects it and pics on mops or sometimes it doesn't and mops stays rotating
