I had the fruit loop flavor first which is why I gave this one a try. The fruit loop flavor was decent and I kind of liked it. It did taste like the cereal a but but always made me think of the leftover milk and soggy cereal taste. The Frosted Flakes on the other hand just tastes awful and it does not even come close to making me think of the cereal.
Community Reviews
Six Star Frosted Flakes whey is a cereal flavored protein powder that stands out mainly for its novelty and a few workable uses, like mixing into cereal, making protein bread, or drinking it cold. The flavor lands closer to leftover cereal milk than a true Frosted Flakes taste, and cold preparation seems to help. The main drawback is the taste and nutrition, which are described as chemical, overly sweet, and low in protein. It feels like a niche pick for experimenting rather than a dependable everyday shake.
The powder can taste better when it is mixed cold instead of at room temperature.
The whey can be used for DIY protein bread preparation.
The flavor may be acceptable to some people because it can resemble leftover Frosted Flakes milk without being repulsive.
The Frosted Flakes flavor can taste like leftover milk and soggy cereal, and it can be worse than other cereal-inspired flavors.
The flavor can taste unpleasant overall, with only a slight Frosted Flakes hint and very low protein content.
The powder can taste like chemicals and can come with poor nutrition, leading to a recommendation against it.
The product can be criticized as low-tier protein with nitrogen spiking claims and a past lawsuit reference.

It feels like maybe everyone so revolted by it maybe got an old or rancid batch or something? Or maybe just being overdramatic.
