Yeah the standard plan isn't really worth it unless you will always finish your book within a month, and don't plan on re-reading or sharing with your household.

Although I may still get this deal (assuming my premium trial ending tomorrow doesn't prevent me from signing up) and treat it as $1 for $20 worth of books. I have a few Kindle books that I have been waiting to get the audiobook on whispersync discount anyway.

The $20 credit definitely makes this worth it but it still won't appease the "premium tier or die" crowd. I've never had any issue finishing an audio book in a month. For a total of $4 over 4 months it's well worth it.

Libby is amazing. We use it heavily for kindle and audio books. However there are audible exclusives and books our libraries don't stock so deals like these are the perfect way to fill the gap!
