Got this a month or 2 ago last time it was on sale. I think for around 150. It was great for the first 2 weeks but then it just started having issue after issue and I had to return it. Connectivity issues and constantly stopping itself and telling me the wheels or brushes were stuck when nothing was

Got this a month or 2 ago last time it was on sale. I think for around 150. It was great for the first 2 weeks but then it just started having issue after issue and I had to return it. Connectivity issues and constantly stopping itself and telling me the wheels or brushes were stuck when nothing was

I really doubt the claim that it can suck at 20000 kpa, probably 5000 the most. Also keep in knd that their CSsuck big time( pun intended!). One time a had a problem and they refuse to repair it and send me a video for self service which was in Mandarin and required specialized tools. When I protested they offered me a 20% refund even though their robot failed in 4 months, what a shame!

I see these pop up all the time at my local Amazon return liquidation auctions, so I assume they suck since people are constantly returning them

I got mine 3 months ago haven't had any issues with it, the app could be better but it's not bad. Only thing is sometimes it won't detect the carpet and won't pick up the mops(on app you can change setting to not vacuum carpets) other than that it does the job and detects anything that's on the way and will go around.

Also got it last time on sale for $150. Thought it was great until I saw it was mopping over part of my carpets. Never figured out if because of shadows or texture or what. Then it stopped charging. It would dock, not charge and go into sleep mode. Ended up returning and got another device which hasn't had these issues.

IDK but it does do a lot more if you turn it up on the app, default is level 2 out of 4. Definitely more suction than my roomba, its loud though and almost like a traditional upright vacuum at the max setting.

I got this a few months back, so far so good I haven't had any issues except for when my Wi-Fi went out, it didn't automatically reconnect when the Wi-Fi came back. Otherwise, good product. I haven't used the mop half but the vacuum half does the job. I bought the assurance warranty for 3 years just in case.

I got it from the $150 deal and am satisfied. I dont have experience with higher end models like a roborock or dreame, only coming from a Roomba J7 with self empty, but this one is much better so far. More suction (you can turn it up it the app), hasnt gotten stuck or lost, mapping/setting zones is good. Im sure there are those with issues but its been good for ~3 months for me.
