Yes — this looks like exactly the kind of deal you can use to extend your existing NordVPN subscription.
I checked the current deal discussions, including reports from people doing essentially the same thing. NordVPN codes from third-party retailers are being added to existing accounts rather than starting a separate subscription. One recent buyer reported stacking NordVPN all the way out to 2035, and another bought three years and successfully applied all three codes (with a temporary cooldown after the second code).
There's also a very recent report from September 23 of someone applying another NordVPN code to an existing account and ending up with an expiration date in August 2031.
The Woot deal gets even better today
The deal you linked was advertised at $19.99 for one year, but Woot is running an app-wide 20% discount today, September 25, as part of Wootoberfest. Woot says purchases through the app get an additional 20% off today (30% for new customers), although individual deal eligibility can vary.
So, if the NordVPN item qualifies, the math would be:

For comparison, NordVPN currently charges $65.88 for one year of Basic, with the listed renewal price at $139.08/year.
So at $19.99/year — and especially ~$15.99 if today's Woot discount applies — prepaying several years is dramatically below Nord's direct pricing.
The one thing I would check before buying a pile of them is Woot's per-customer quantity limit on this particular listing. I haven't found a Nord-imposed maximum from an authoritative source; the 2035 report is useful evidence that very long stacking works, but it's still an individual customer report rather than a published Nord limit.
If you tell me when your current NordVPN subscription expires, I can calculate what expiration date you'd get from buying 1, 2, 3, 5, etc. Woot codes.
