There would be a checkbox or switch on the page when you choose Subscribe & Save, but unfortunately only some accounts will see it

If you have Costco membership, just grab any fiber supplement they offer. Or hit up your local Walmart. There's not really much difference between fiber supplements beyond soluble and non-soluble types. I myself like Kirkland psyllium husk supplements. Alternatively, just pick up a bag of Chia seeds and add it to any liquid. It's tasteless and goes down smooth.

average adult needs between 30g to 40g of fiber a day. you'd needa bout 100g of chia seeds which is about 500 calories.

Yes, that would be ideal, but reality is a different matter. It's a lot of work to actually hit those targets and you'd need to have fiber in every meal and maybe snacks too. Not sure how doable that is for most. Chia seeds are just one source of fiber and I definitely don't recommend eating that much of it. Gotta have some diversity like beans.

chia seeds also expensive af. like $4 per pound. I think beans has the best price to fiber ratio, but still high calories and also, beans.

Am I missing something, or are high fiber wraps a better alternative? Legitimately curious. This product is 5 g dietary fiber (not sure what the 8 g of organic fiber means) and 20 calories per serving. Tumaro's wraps are 14 g dietary fiber and 50 calories per serving. Plus 4 g of protein. Obviously, different use cases and some people don't like wraps, but if your only goal is added fiber, why would you pick this over wraps?

Low carb wraps / tortillas are an insane way to get good fiber cheap and quick.
