Well, $12 seems like what this should cost all day, but it's cool so I bought it.

Edit; got mine today, it's not bad. It's brighter than I thought. I wish the top of the jellyfish was opaque to disperse the light better. The top button changes the lighting effects, and the bottom button turn the swirling tendrils on and off. I left mine off because I didn't care for the mechanized noises.

Cool looking light. Hope it's not too bright.

Just an idea for folks, I have several things like this that I use as alarms around the house. I have sensors (door open sensors, temp sensors for the fridge, motion sensors) integrated with Alexa. I also have a drawer full of unused smart plugs. When a sensor is tripped, the plug is activated, and the thing turns on. Sensor is reset, and the thing turns off. Gives a good visual indicator that you left a door open or the fridge was not holding temp

It's sort of self-explanatory. If your jellyfish is on, call the cops.
