check eBay; it should say 10% in green letters
click on it to activate
shop within the paypal app and checkout
This works with the ebay 20% off coupon as well DEAD

On the tablet it showed 10% in the 'INSPIRED BY WHERE YOU SHOP".
I was unable to get through the CAPTCHA verification through Ebay and gave up. I then tried again after deleting the Ebay cache on my tablet. After that everything went through fine.
Also, I was wondering if this only applies to Pay Later purchases. It does NOT. In my case I used it to purchase the refurbished Acer Laptop in this deal. https://slickdeals.net/f/19987992
It was a deal at $419 but with another 10% back in Paypal rewards makes it much better.
I have not received the laptop yet, but Paypal has already put the rewards in my account available for use! (To clarify the rewards appeared one day after purchase.)
Also for clarification, I just did a straight purchase through PayPal. I did not choose the Pay Later option.
