A very inexpensive soft ice cream maker. It works if you are aware of the effect of sugar. If it is too sweet it won't freeze with the canister.... Unless you almost freeze it first. I like my ice cream sweet so I put the batter in the freezer first until it gets very thick and stir every 40 minutes.
