While this seems like a low price, this is ancient laptop style tech with a 14" crap resolution panel that probably doesn't get very bright, wouldn't be surprised if it's a TN panel as well. Sure, the rest behind it is very low end, but when the "face" is very poor, then even if the guts were better, I'd still stay away.

That's why I originally wrote "surprisingly"...no doubt it has 4GB, but it's right there, up front and center it says 16GB.

Don't see where you saw 16gb, under Product Information/Memory it specifies 4gb installed.
Edit: Found the 16gb claim but I doubt this is correct.

I reported this as a discrepancy to Amazon as it is highly unlikely this device has 16gb and below under Product Information/Memory it claims to have 4gb installed.
