Every morning on target's ebay account they drop new board games for cheap.
All of them allow you to make an offer and they will be accepted for $3 less.
Right now Harmonies is listed for $17 so you get get it for $14. I already bought a copy for $14 a week ago and got it delivered. If you are reading this and click my link and it says it is sold out, just wait until the next morning and try again. It goes in and out of stock but I check all the time and see Harmonies a few times a week. It always sells out.
They also have a bunch of other board games on sale for super cheap. Just search "board game" on the seller's other items. I've bought about 7 games at this point. The good games sell out quick... Usually by 9am Eastern.
They sell other things too, like Legos for cheaper than most sale prices. Some items are pre-owned so just watch the listing. My guess is those are returns vs clearances items.

Skyteam has been on there a few times this week. Harmonies and Quacks are listed almost daily. The make an offer usually takes 5-10 minutes to go through.
