The Vitamix E320 is a powerful, durable workhorse blender best suited for big batches, soups, smoothies, and other heavy blending jobs. It is praised for strong torque, reliable performance, and a simple design with less to go wrong, and the 64 ounce pitcher adds capacity for family use. The wider jar needs about 2 to 3 cups to blend properly, and it lacks preset programs for smoothies or soup. It is also loud, and the size can be too much for small tasks, making it a solid fit when power matters more than convenience.
The E320 can blend a wide range of ingredients without failing over long-term use.
The E320 can be a simpler, workhorse-style blender with fewer failure points than more complex designs.
The E320's brushless motor design can reduce wear and improve efficiency for longer life.
The E320 can handle larger smoothie and soup batches with consistent texture at moderate speeds.
The E320 lacks preset programs like smoothies or soup, which can be inconvenient for preset-dependent users.
The wider jar can require a larger minimum volume of about 2 to 3 cups for proper blending.
The E320 can be loud because the strong motor drives higher power output.
Warranty coverage may vary because the E320 is an older product line that has been replaced under new names.

We paid $300 for our unit, when it was on sale and I could buy another one without a 2nd thought. Funny thing is as we have hosted dinners for friends and family, people are always so impressed with how well our works, to the point where at least 4 of them have bought their own vitamix blenders since using ours.

Someone may say... my Ninja is the shit but the Ninja does not have a Brushless motor. I have a Ninja... it's good but you can't compare the two... this one is on another level.
It is the same concept as sheering a dog... you get a sheer with a brushless motor and you need to spend at least $200... I spent more. Or you can get a cheap one for $50.00 or less... but one with a lot less torque making the job harder and alot longer (but not impossible).
