The Prize includes:

Round-trip airline bike-transport fees for one (1) bicycle per participant, subject to applicable airline size, weight, packaging and liability requirements.
One (1) shared standard hotel room for three (3) nights.
Race registration for the winner and Tri Buddy for a triathlon in Canada or the United States mutually agreed upon by the winner and FORM and approved by FORM.
Two (2) pairs of FORM Smart Swim 2 PRO goggles, one (1) for each participant.
Two (2) one-year FORM Premium subscriptions, one (1) for each participant, providing access to FORM training plans and other Premium features.
Two (2) FORM swim caps, one (1) for each participant.
