You don't want that version - get this one instead (and yes, it's worth the extra $10 the first time you'll use it). You drive it in, and the inside part pries the trim away while the outside edges stay to support the wallboard. I removed a whole room of trim in a lot less time with zero broken pieces. The other too posted is going to pivot on the drywall.
