Now, is either of them going to be more than adequate for the average home DIYer? 100%
But buying into the Bosch 18v line opens you up to a much broader and fuller line of tools, including many more at the prosumer and professional quality levels.
Like I said, pretty much anything you buy at Wal-Mart or Harbor Freight will be more than adequate for the average DIYer, Greenworks included. If I'm buying into a battery and tool ecosystem, I'd rather buy from a company like Bosch (or yes, Dewalt or Milwaukee), not a brand that some marketing manager at Wal-Mart might decide to kill 2 years from now when a consultant tells them that actually, Hart had better consumer brand recognition and they decide to reverse course.

I came here because I may actually buy this as a spare battery for my 10+ year old Bosch drill and impact (the impact fell off a roof twice and is still as strong as day one.). I assume Bosch's expensive batteries have something to do with the fact that they still last and in much shorter timeframes I've tossed several cheaper tools for needing replacement batteries.
I'm thrilled greenworks has worked out well for you. Some people are also happy with their absolute trash modern black&decker tools too.....
