The description is just a mass of legal jumble. What do I get? What do I have to do?
This post should be blasted to oblivion, but I will attempt to say what it is.
From my reading of the legal shit... It seems that if you download a Paypal app, and "enroll" in their program (whatever that means), you can get five dollars in Paypal credits.
FWIW, Paypal bribed me $150 in credits for getting and using their credit card. Okay, for $150 it was barely worth it. What would I do for five dollars?! Maybe shout insults for ten seconds.
