Personal preference. I know a few folks who use both as well as others using the Analogue 3D (which has its own upscaling introduced in a firmware update).

I was using a Retrotink upscaler but recently switched to an Analogue 3d. Very happy with the upgrade. The upscaler was good, but the Analogue 3d offers so much more (albeit for a higher cost).

Other online have mentioned the plugs make too tight a fit on the N64 ports due to their manufacturer making a change without notifying them. These might ship with a small adapter as to not damage your N64.

Lower than the last frontpage price on this one. One thing to factor in: shipping is $6 per order unless you check out with a Prime account, which eats a chunk of the savings.
