It's usually a tiny blue text link near the payment option page; "Use Code." I'll just bookmark this and wait and see if the code is still active then. If not BF will probably have Hulu and other deals.

I tried reactivate but it just re-enrolled me automatically. So, it looks like you need to not be subbed to use the code from my perspective if a current subbed user.
