Amazon Prime Days coming up October 6-7. Usually around then and Black Friday there are lots of streaming deals for Acorn, BritBox, etc. 99 cents to 2.99 for 2 months. That's when I catch up on shows I like. Black Friday also has VPN deals and Steam game deals.

This looks like a trap before Black Friday that will make you ineligible for a deal. I'll pass.

Community Reviews

Paramount Plus Premium at $1 a month for two months is landing as a cheap way to keep ad free access going, especially for anyone who still has shows to finish. The promo code has worked on inactive accounts and on some expired subscriptions, and it can also surface as a retention offer during cancellation. The main snag is eligibility, since active or recently cancelled accounts may not be able to apply the code until the subscription fully ends, and the code appears to require selecting the Premium plan rather than Essential. Checkout can also fail with an invalid token error, so timing and plan choice matter.

What information they need for new accounts? An email and credit card? Those are easy to get a spare one if they have another deal on Black Friday

Samesies.

The way the network handled that whole thing is the antithesis of traditional American values and wholly reproachable.

I can live without whatever they're selling.

"This promotional code is not valid." I'm an existing sub, but cancelled a few days ago. My sub officially ends tomorrow, so I'll try again.

The code didn't work on my most recent expired account, but it worked on my other previous expired account from months ago.

Definitely take advantage as Paramount will own warners soon and no way they will be offering these deals anymore
Especially since it's not just Paramount buying WB, the Saudis are part of the purchase... which I find highly ironic and awful.

I typically have to use the website. However, I just cancelled yesterday and still have until Oct 17th before my previous 99 cent sub ends; I waited a good bit to activate the last time for 2 at 99 because I was ending my Hulu sub soon. So the option to use a code isn't available for me either until I'm officially outside my sub time. It's usually a tiny blue text link near the payment option page; "Use Code." I'll just bookmark this and wait and see if the code is still active then. If not BF will probably have Hulu and other deals.
I was going to go cancel from the last 2 @ 99¢ deal and then set up another one on a different email but they offered me two more months @ 99¢ so I didn't have to switch. It was just a little down the page, I almost missed seeing it.

Where do you enter the promo code for existing subscribers? I've tried using both the mobile and "desktop site" but can't find an option to enter the code.
I hit to cancel subscription and saw offer there for 2 more months $13 off brining it to $.99 a month
