Community Reviews
Moza's R5 bundle is a PC only direct drive setup that stands out as a strong budget friendly step up from Logitech and belt driven wheels. The 5.5Nm base is described as plenty for a first direct drive rig, with noticeably better torque and feel, and the bundle is praised as a big upgrade over the G29. The software is powerful but configuration heavy, and native support is missing in some games. The SRP Lite brake pedal is very soft, so a brake kit or cockpit mount helps round it out.
Common Questions (4)
Yes. The 5.5Nm direct-drive base is described as plenty for a first PC direct-drive setup, with a noticeable upgrade over belt-driven wheels and a big step up from a G29 or Logitech beginner wheel.
The bundle as sold is PC only, and there is no PlayStation path. Moza does make a separate Xbox-licensed rim that can be swapped onto the servo later for Xbox compatibility.
The brake kit add-on is recommended because the SRP Lite brake pedal is very soft without it. It helps make braking feel firmer and more usable for sim racing.
The MOZA software has a lot of configuration options, including trimming and other tuning settings. That flexibility can be useful, but it also makes the software feel fairly intense to configure.

I bought an R3 over the summer. Huge upgrade over the G29. Been very happy with it.
I do recommend the brake kit add on though. The SRP lite brake pedal is VERY soft.

Anyway, I don't have one, but when I was semi into sim racing, this is what I would've gotten — much better than the Logitech beginner wheel.
