- Thick D2 Tool Steel: The 5.2-inch blade is crafted from high-carbon steel (59-61 HRC) for exceptional edge retention. Its sturdy 0.18" (4.7mm) spine features anti-slip jimping and easily powers through rigorous batoning and heavy chopping without snapping. (Note: Blade is semi-stainless; wipe clean and oil occasionally)
- Modified Scandi Grind & Drop-Point Tip: The Scandi geometry bites deep into wood for effortless feather sticking, while a reinforced micro-bevel prevents edge chipping. Crucially, the sharply tapered drop-point tip provides a specialized profile ideal for drilling bow-drill divots and survival bushcraft carving tasks
- Rugged 5-Layer Handle Construction: Eliminates hot spots and hand fatigue. The solid core is sandwiched between two red liners for impact absorption, capped with high-traction nylon-fiberglass (FRN) scales. This delivers a non-slip grip in wet, muddy, or heavy-duty field conditions
- Adjustable Retention & Secure Fit: The weather-resistant polymer carry system features an adjustable retention screw to dial in the draw tension for a rattle-free fit. A 360-degree rotating clip accommodates belts, offering vertical, canted, and horizontal carry for men
- Heavy Duty Camping & Survival Companion: Functions as a primary camp workhorse or a backup to a hatchet. Whether building shelters, field dressing game, or prepping firewood, this 10.1" overall length blade delivers unrelenting performance, making it one of the most reliable camping knives for men and a must-have in your outdoor gear kit
