I have this model, and I would give it a +10 rating. Highly accurate and a great price! Best if you use it without the AC adapter then you should use Lithium batteries, as it does suck when in battery mode.
I have the older non bluetooth version of this and it tells me my BP is 20-30 over what the doctors office does. So did a cheaper chinese model. If you're muscular and not fat dont bother it wont be accurate.

I've been using this model over three years now and it is very convenient for taking and recording my BP using the Bluetooth connection on my phone. I just show my BP and weight histories (I add the weight manually to the app) to my doctor during my checkups. My only complaint is that a BP reading of 120/80 they call Stage 1 Hypertension. I've shown this to my doctor and he said this reading is fine for me - 78year old male.

White coat syndrome as someone else noted.
You need to take it in your next visit and calibrate it, i.e., take back-to-back measurements to compare it A-B.

Yeah, you're fine. Standard/normal changes and varies depending on gender, age, etc.

Very common to have different readings in the Doctors office: https://support.ihealthlabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/44241386589965-Why-Are-My-Blood-Pressure-Readings-... [ihealthlabs.com]
