Weird guitar but I kinda like it especially for that price. Probably not the best guitar for a beginner because of the trem but for someone who knows what they're doing this could be an awesome deal if the quality is decent.

Purchased the brown one when it came out. Awesome fit and finish but the term was not my favor. Breathe on the strings and she out of tune.

Franklin is great btw. I just got a stellar deal on a Cobain Jag a few weeks ago. And multiple Jacksons and American Fenders. All were mint and appeared brand new. No second serial or anything either.

Yea Squiers usually need some work to make them playable. Try adjusting the trem spring, raising the bridge or replacing it, and replace the nut. Learn how to work on guitars if you haven't already or take it to someone.

Exactly. These are nice little guitars despite the lower price. Good guitars don't have to be expensive. And the person a few comments above who complained about it coming out of tune - then it needs to be taken somewhere and professionally set up. No reason it should be coming out of tune easily, tremolo or not. These can sound just as good as a $900 Strat they make these days. I love that color.

I completely agree. I bought a safety cone orange Jackenbacker (Jackson X Series CBXNT IV I) and it arrived in absolutely mint condition. If I didn't already have too many guitars I would be all over this. Fender's quality control is all over the place and Franklin fixes the ones that don't pass QC. It's like getting a new professionally set up guitar for less than the cost of one that wasn't set up.
