In what decade does 22.5W qualify as fast charging?

I have the 10k mAh version. It does not want to charge using the built in cable. I can recharge it just fine using the usb-c port. Gets concerningly warm, but has been in daily use for over a month and seems to be holding up fine, other than the heat and quirk when trying to recharge it.

Bought this last year, Same exact thing but like blue grayish color a few bucks more. It made it through Universal studios and Disneyland. Still works and now I'm using it for my heated vest.
