Q. What is the difference between 60 mg and 400mg magnesium glycinate?
A. There is 400mg of Magnesium Glycinate in each capsule. By definition magnesium glycinate contains approx 60mg of Elemental Magnesium and 340mg Glycine. Hence the name "Magnesium Glycinate".
FYI, I use NOW Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine which has 100mg elemental magnesium per tablet and the BioPerine (black pepper) aids in absorption. Considering that, at $15 per 180ct bottle, it is a better buy than this. Also, Now is a highly reputable family owned company.
