I'm one of the hundreds of thousands who walked away, but am excited to try the PvE mode.

Arc Raiders is a PvPvE extraction game that stands out for its mission-based progression, long playtime, and a new PvE option tied to upcoming updates. The game is described as easy to sink 90 to 200 hours into, with quests, character progression, and a storyline that keeps going without paid DLC. The current update cycle also includes anti-cheat crackdowns and a PvE trial starting on 10 13. The main caveat is that PvP, cheating, and grind can still sour runs, especially in public lobbies where ganks can happen.

It appears they don't have anti-cheat, or their anti-cheat has been compromised. So, apparently new player experience sucks.

I've heard that before, from the Apex Legends devs.

It was like I was up against shiv and aceu every single match.

I last played about 2 years ago.

A lot of streamers are back playing it now. Plus they did a massive update on the anti cheat. Streamers are happy they are pretty much gone.

Nope. This is how bad info gets out. If you played it then you will know they up there anti cheat a few days ago and the cheating problem was only for the hardcore PvP players
