Just fyi ~ seller changed it from 40% to 30% so it is NOT $9.99. Makes it less worth rolling the dice on this random brand for a product that lacks relevant third party testing.

authenticity/snake-oil issues galore for supplements and gummies made in china. i've asked a few of these sellers on amazon for lab/third-party tests only to be med with rudeness or just be ignored. this one might be okay given the supplement facts on the back seem to work out on the math and they offer an analysis on their website.

not uncommon to see bogus numbers on the supplement facts for these -- with active ingredient being listed in higher amounts (mg/ml) than the actual weight of the serving. sad how amazon really doesn't regulate these at all.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

People need to be aware of lot of these supplements are from China and are probably crap. Luckily, I downloaded an extension that filters pseudo-brand junk out of Amazon and hides sponsored listings. For this product, the extension says the listing is from HK (Hong Kong). Pass.

Arofum appears to be a very young brand. Its own site describes it as a U.S.-based dietary-supplement brand, but the AROFUM trademark application was filed in April 2025 and lists the owner as Taian aluofu wang luo ke ji you xian gong si. The brand's website domain appears to have been registered in July 2025.

None of that means the supplements are bad. Plenty of legitimate supplements are contract-manufactured and sold by newer brands. It just means Arofum doesn't yet have the long independent track record I'd give to an established omega-3 company.

Arofum says "third-party tested," but I could not locate a publicly available lot-specific Certificate of Analysis showing the actual measurements for EPA/DHA, oxidation, heavy metals, PCBs, etc. Nor did I find evidence in my searches that this particular product carries IFOS, USP or NSF certification.

"lemon flavor" in fish oil is a red flag. It's purpose is to mask rancid odor.
