This compact 100W GaN charger stands out for travel-friendly size and strong laptop charging, with two USB C ports and one USB A port that can share power across devices. It has been used reliably for daily work and moderate loads, and it stays relatively cool compared with older chargers. The port split drops when multiple devices are plugged in, and sustained full 100W output is less certain. Reliability concerns also appear in reports of early failures and a loose USB C bracket.

What is Lenovo product marketplace? Is this a third party using a third party to sell on Amazon so we don't know the real seller? Also how can a tiny charger like this be 100w without burning down the house?

I got the 100w Baseus one on here last year and its thecsame size. Built very well, doesnt heat up and charges things pretty quickly when used on only 1 port.

Lenovo and Wegear partner on the design of these units, though wegear builds/manufactures them.

And that is the thing with GaN technology, it is way more efficient and runs not as hot as older silicone tech.

Bought this last time it was on Slickdeals and currently using it for a lightweight charger for my Lenovo Legion 5. So far been reliable, doesn't heat up excessively with a moderate load, though not sure I would count on it delivering a full 100W for hours. For me, typical draw is around 20-25W with dGPU running and my typical daily workload going, then may crank up to ~80W or so when I have to unplug for a meeting and come back, so typical load + 50W charge to battery. With that use, it seems fine.

Much better deal than the UGreen 30W that's also on the Frontpage. That one is primarily just a phone charger while this will handle most laptops even under heavy loads (some of the gaming ones would always be too much and be performance limited using this).

4 of the 10 most recent reviews cite that it was dead in a week/month/stops charging. The last thing I need is another unreliable charger (now with higher power!). I just had another supposedly-good anker "prime" charger blip out on me a few months after the warranty expired. Excuse the
"old man yells for quality," but I don't know what to buy to get basic reliability, but it sure doesn't look like this one.

I got this when it was on sale as well as a UGreen. I ended up returning the Ugreen and keeping this one because of the size. I was worried because of the reviews. I had it for a month and it's still running. It's really easy to travel with compared to the longer UGreen one.

I don't use the 100W. I only use it on my tablet which charges up to 45W, and my iPhone which goes up to 30w. I haven't felt confident to use with my laptop yet. I'm very happy with it.

I think people who have issues are using it to the max (100W) and maybe they should get higher watt power blocks (which are bigger and better for heat).
