This shower combo is being treated as a low cost upgrade for a nicer shower feel, with the installed unit described as very comfortable and enjoyable to use. The deal code appears to work on matte black and some nickel finishes, while chrome is out of stock or tied to a different seller. The main concerns are that it is mostly plastic, the listing may be more of a handheld wand than a true rainfall head, and the promo behavior is inconsistent across browsers and devices. There are also durability worries about clogging over time and the chance of higher water use if showers run longer.

  • The matte black option can accept the promo code during checkout.

    frozenthorndealcracker

  • After delivery and installation, the shower experience can feel very nice immediately.

    aj000000

  • The handheld wand style can provide an enjoyable shower while it is working.

    michi098

  • The promo code behavior can be inconsistent across browsers and may only work in Chrome.

    aj000000GregGarrison

  • The combo is mostly plastic, which can raise durability concerns for long-term use.

    IlovedealsWolfpackBAC

  • The shower head can clog through tiny water pinholes after about a year, ruining the rain effect.

    JollyHome539

  • The unit can break after a few months, and it may also increase water usage while showering longer.

I tried on mobile Chrome and it's not working. I'm just getting the $16 promotional balance on the product page (and I've tried turning that off to use the coupon too).

I think Chrome is OOS, but 5YRBHHRM also works for Nickel Brushed [amazon.com] and Matte Black [amazon.com]

Correct, Chrome is currently being sold by another seller, switching to matte black makes the code work

We started buying Moen brands for a few $$ more. They are well-designed and have lifetime replacement warranties. Moen absolutely stands behind their products and sends replacement items or parts at no charge whatsoever. Just make sure that if you buy online that the item is not counterfeit! We bought a "Moen" kitchen pulldown faucet from Fleabay, and it turned out to be a fake when we tried to get a replacement part for it! Caveat Emptor!
