yea just handheld wand. the kohler hydrorail would be more comparable to this one but double the price at $80 and hard to find at that clearance price but I think it is worth it to pay double compared to these plastic ones that break more easily

One thing to watch out for with these Chinese rain showerheads is the tiny water pinholes. I had a similar one, and after about a year, they clogged up, completely ruining the rain effect. Even soaking it in vinegar didn't help

Just a warning. I got one of these cheap deals about a year ago. Family liked it so much that my water bill basically doubled. Thankfully it broke after a few months and I acted dumb and replaced it with a basic shower head again. Yes, they're wonderful to shower with, but if everyone stays in the shower twice as long, it will negate your Slickdeals savings quickly.
