According to price history, this is lower than last Prime Day's prices.

These are awesome. We have 12 around the house under every water source. Already saved us when our old faucet went and was leaking

Our hot water heater started to leak two months ago. We had one of these alarms in the overflow pan, which alerted us immediately. Saved us from a bigger mess. These gizmos work!

It's too bad the insurance company doesn't give you discounts on these.
USAA only deals with First Alert. And their sensors are expensive and not a user friendly.

I got 3 of these a few years ago and recommend them. The battery lasts a very long time because only water touching the contacts will switch them on. They are basic but functional. (They do not work with Google or Alexa).

these are excellent water leak detectors that have onboard siren and can also alert you via email and txt.

the main difference between the version 1 and version 2 is that the version 2 works over a greater distance and the battery lasts longer.

Same. (Or similar). These sent us an alarm on our phones when we were traveling. I had my son who lived close to the house go check it out. It was a minor issue, but definitely worth resolving. Another time, one under the kitchen sink made us aware of an ungrouted gap at the back of the sink/in front of the splash guard. Probably would have never noticed otherwise.

Dont have this model but this brand has saved me twice and possibly thousands in damage. Once in the attic with my hvac condensation pan(could even hear it through the walls in my house). The other time was under my sink where a garbage disposal started leaking

Take a look at V2. 47.49 for 3+1 controller. Has some different/better features and the battery lasts longer. Same price as the v1.

The battery keeps communication with the hub water doesn't turn them on as they are always on.

What would you have Alexa do with a water leak detector?

I've got the old one.. had for years. H5054 sensors and gateway.

no problem with my 2200sq/ft house.
have 10 sensors scattered about.

same at my moms house, which is much bigger and longer.. works perfect.

I also paired a wi-fi gizmo to shutoff water valve to house... if nobody is at home i can shut house water off in 5 sec through Alex app
I had my gate valve (which wouldn't fully shut off) replaced a ball valve...device sits on top and rotates the handle.
