650w is more than enough. 9060xt maxes out at 200w and the 9600x hits around 110w when set at pbo. Solid 1440p machine.

How is this deal possible? I paid several hundred dollars more to build a Ryzen 5 7500X3D and GeForce 4070 12GB not more than 2 months ago.
