Regret selling my 15-inch Air with 2 battery cycles for $1000. They increased prices 1 day after that.
Did you not use yours at all? How did you only get 2 cycles? Mine uses one cycle per day at least. I must be doing something wrong. I only use it for Youtube videos and news websites, and it still takes 1 cycle per day. What's your secret?

If this is within your budget and within your use case, this is a perfect laptop and will last so long that nitpicking over $50 here and there for the perfect deal won't really matter. That being said, you can still find an M4 version of this used for $850-$900 fairly easily which I think is a much better deal.

I am not using it that much, so I sold it. I might have used it for few hours.

as i understand it, a battery cycle is how much of the capacity of the battery used, not how much you've charged it. so if you're playing youtube for 12-16 hours non stop (depending on brightness) that's going to use up a battery cycle worth of energy. so unless you're constantly non stop using your computer all day video watching as you read the news w/o taking a break, 1 cycle per day is normal. if not then i'd check out activity monitor to see if some process is sucking up more battery than normal. i also use my macbook air for light stuff like word/excel and youtube for ~4 hours a day and it'll prolly go from 100-0 w/o charging for like 4 days at least
