I've played it a fair number of times and I like it a lot. If you've ever played Munchkin, it is kind of like that but much better designed.

The goal of the game is to be the first to collect four souls. You do that by either defeating certain difficult monsters or meeting other requirements (i.e. first person to have 25 cents, first person to have a hand of 10 cards). On your turn you draw a card from a loot deck. You then can choose to fight a monster (done with dice rolls), buy a treasure card, or just pass on your turn. The interesting part is how you use your cards to boost you odds of defeating monsters or screwing over other players. Every game feels unique. I'd recommend it.
