1) Brother printer software does not support laptops with ARM processors.
2) Scanning to usb flash drives is not supported except on higher end Brother printers. Not supported on this model.
Scanning to usb flash drives is an important feature supported on most basic models from HP and Epson. Why Brother does not provide this feature except on their higher end machines is mind boggling to me. It can't cost that much.
