This Jersey Mike's BOGO is a targeted app offer that can be a solid sandwich deal when it works. The code loads to an account and does work in some locations, and it also ties into the NFL Predictor Game points. The main catch is regional and franchise eligibility, with repeated reports of the offer showing as invalid at specific stores or entire metro areas. Separate food feedback also points to uneven meat portions and a cheese that has an off smell, making it a useful promo if your local shop accepts it.
The BOGO offer can work when it is loaded in the Jersey Mike's app.
The promotion may be usable alongside the NFL Predictor Game in the app.
Meat portion size can vary by store and associate, so some locations may still match prior expectations.
The promo can be targeted by region or franchise, so it may be invalid across an entire metro area.
The promotion may not be available for use at a specific store even after adding it to an account.
The BOGO offer can fail at checkout with an error stating it is not valid at the selected restaurant.
The promotion's "points" may be game-related and not redeemable like prior rewards points.

Like most people here who have tried, it does not work for me when I try to use it.
