There's a line inside the bottle. I drink my fizzy pretty fast that I don't care for the insulation, but what i do like is that it's dish washer safe

The new bottles don't have that line so I've been saving the old bottles.

My cap rubber piece inside is almost impossible to remove. I had mold under it. I do like the bottle but make sure you use soak bleach solution for the cap every other week just to keep mold from getting under rubber piece. I'm getting another one so I can alternate. I use the regular soda stream bottle to measure out my soda and flavors then pour it into the insulated soda stream. It's a hassle but this bottle will keep it fizzy and cold. I tried other water bottles and they just exploded 😂
