Costco's Nintendo eGift card promo is a strong way to stretch Nintendo spending, especially for Switch 2, games, and other hardware. The cards can be split because each has its own code, and the discount stacks with Costco email coupons and Member Appreciation Days. Some orders arrive within hours, though codes can lag and a few checkouts are getting canceled. The main limits are account verification, name mismatches, and purchase caps, so it works best when the Costco account is fully set up.
The deal can stack with a Costco.com $50 off $500 email offer for additional savings.
The eShop funds can be used for more than eShop credit, including games and hardware purchases.
Codes may arrive within a couple hours after order confirmation, which can reduce delivery anxiety.
The eGift cards can be split into multiple codes for gifting to different people.
Some orders get cancelled repeatedly, including attempts using different cards.
Nintendo eShop account balance has a maximum cap, which can limit how much credit can be loaded at once.
Order cancellations can be triggered by a billing and shipping name mismatch, which may prevent coupon reinstatement.
Digital eShop funds cannot be used to pay at Nintendo's physical stores in New York or San Francisco.

Same thing happened to me. Chat told me there was a mismatch between the name on my shipping address, and my credit card. I've placed dozens of orders previously without issue.
They couldn't re-instate the coupon, nor could they unlock the discounts again on the website.
In store, generally, item limits on coupons are enforced on a per transaction by the system, and any items above the limit in that transaction are not discounted. However, the system does not enforce item limits across transactions. A cashier/supervisor could refuse to process the sale if they see you exceeding the limits.
How do you verify your online account? Do you mean the membership number needs to say verified in the account details?
