Don't. I had multiple multi-reach that were recalled (I was die hard Bissell). They sent these out as the replacement in the copper color and I was devastated. Pretty until they fall everywhere and cause damage, the brake does nothing, and suction doesn't suck...just loud and obtrusive. Maybe the black was somehow fixed but I received 3 that were listed @ $400 each and all were horrid. Plus, you are stuck with bizarre shaped attachments. Could have been brilliant but they also discontinued the multi so there is no longer thought or logic with this company.
