The essential problem with this book is they hunt out a bunch of corporations considered grown great and a bunch not. Then they pick out attributes which are different in both classes. The problem is even if you create two classes at random you can find group attributes, especially if you're predisposed to do so.

Other than that it also is totally dated as the way corporations succeed changes all the time especially in the last decade

It was issued to everyone at a company I worked at back during the dot-com boom.
It's hard to keep reading and it's rather stupid. I threw it out.
