The Doritos favorites is actually 30 nacho and 10 ranch for some reason. Not sure why they changed that - it used to be 20/20.

How Engineered Foods Trigger Cancer
It isn't just that these foods lack nutrients—the actual processing and chemistry of the food can actively damage your cells: [1]
  1. Neoformed Contaminants (Chemicals Born from Processing): When foods like potato or corn chips are baked or fried at extreme temperatures, a chemical compound called acrylamide naturally forms. Acrylamide is classified by food safety scientists as a probable human carcinogen. [1, 2]
  2. Chemicals Leaching from Packaging: The plastic and foil linings designed to give engineered snacks a long shelf-life often contain phthalates and bisphenols (like BPA)
. These chemicals can migrate into the food and act as endocrine disruptors, mimicking or interfering with the body's natural hormones. [1, 2]
  3. Chronic Inflammation & Gut Dysbiosis: The industrial emulsifiers, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives used to achieve the "bliss point" alter your gut microbiome. This triggers chronic low-grade inflammation throughout the body, creating an environment where cancer cells can grow more easily. [1, 2]
  4. The Obesity Connection: Because these foods bypass your brain's natural fullness signals, they easily lead to chronic overeating. Excess body fat is globally recognized as a leading risk factor for at least 13 different types of cancer. [1, 2, 3]
