I had a Lavazza Classy Plus. Never buying Lavazza again. They are the HP of coffee makers: discount the machine and jack up the (proprietary) pod prices. Never again.
isn't that what the Vertuos are? not sure how this compares to the Vertuo machine.
Yeah they are just about that. I don't think Lavazza is that bad to be HP of Coffee and this is paying the price of sustainability, so better up than Vertuo as well. Having had their Classy I would say it's going to be a reliable machine. Ex: when my classy died after about 5+ years of consistent coffee, Lavazza was still able to put me in touch with an engineer overseas to try and fix, just couldn't get the part eventually as their production was long gone!
