This game looks nice on Switch 2 and performs well. Graphically all the pokemon and effects are great. Not sure about switch one.
This game failed a little in the limited setting of the city. If they could have expanded this to other areas or more under city dungeons, it would have made the game stay fresher longer.
The story was decent though nothing to write home about.
Boss battles and mega battle were fun and far better than just fighting other trainers.
The overall loop of fight club night battles got a little repetitive, especially in the end game.

The question becomes do you like how easy Pokemon games have become?
And have you played Pokemon Arceus and did you like it?
If you answered yes to both you'll most likely like this game
